Step #1 - Raw Garlic Receiving
The fresh garlic is received from suppliers and checked for quality and conformity
Step #2 - Cold Storage
Garlic is stored in cold rooms at appropriate temperatures to preserve freshness
Step #3 - Thermal Treatment
Garlic undergo heat treatment to loosen the skins and reduce microbial load
Step #4 - Sizing
Garlic bulbs are sorted based on size to ensure uniformity in processing
Step #5 - Head Bulb Breaker
Garlic bulbs are mechanically broken into individual cloves
Step #6 - Peeling
The garlic cloves are peeled using mechanical or pneumatic systems
Step #7 - Color Sorting
Advanced optical sorters remove discolored or defective cloves
Step #8 - Washing
Garlic cloves are thoroughly washed to remove any dirt or residues
Step #9 - Disinfection
Cloves are sanitized using food-safe disinfectants
Step #10 - Drying
Garlic is packed automatically in plastic jars with nitrogen, valve bags, or vacuum packs
Step #11 - Packaging
Garlic is packed automatically in plastic jars with nitrogen, valve bags, or vacuum packs
Step #12 - Labeling and Storage
Packaged products are labeled and stored in controlled environments
